Each day (maybe) we’ll be posting those witty, “end of your tether”, and utterly useless commit messages. Why? Because they’re nerdly funny.
Please submit any commit messages you’ve come across as well, and we’ll post them them up in due course.
Follow along and join in the mockery!

Have you ever been to a beard meeting? No? well you’ve missed out, I can tell you! I’ve been to loads. You wouldn’t believe the amount of beard action on this film! It’s beard this and beard that some days.
It all started a few years back sometime in 2008 when we were designing the Pirate…
Night Out at the Movies Painting – Pack Hunters
brandonjamesscott:
So this was my contribution to the Night Out at the Movies art show held this week in Ottawa. The theme was to take a movie, any movie, and do a piece for it, no words, no titles, ect. So of course I went with Jurassic Park. Big thanks to Kyle Marshall for inviting me to take part!
I love this illustration!

Photographers needed!
I have a nice little photography/web app’ on the cards and I need your help! I don’t want to give too much away, but it revolves around cameras and their lenses.
What I would love from you, is pictures of your lenses.
Here is an example of what I’m hoping for:
This post is just to gauge some interest for people willing to take on this task for me. If there’s enough of...

Week twenty nine
This week was a good example of why Bristol is pretty damn cool. On Thursday me, @mcquinny and @ahw3ll headed down the Bristol Comedy Garden to see…
All of ‘em were absolutely great! I’d missed out on seeing Stuart Francis due to moving down to Bristol, so it was ace to catch him down here.
The festival (and it really did feel like a little corner of a festival!) had taken...

Fruits of my labour
It’s been a bit quiet on here and Nouveller (my so called “design blog”) over the past few months. Mainly down to starting a new job and moving down to Bristol. Despite all that, I have been working away in the background on various Internet related things.
The latest site to come out of the night shifts is Guru Bites, a place for bites of knowledge devoted to a world of...
I mean it this time
Okay, I started a blog, I meant to keep it regularly updated; I didn’t. It’s taken a month into the new year for me to even write this one! So, this time I mean it, I will keep this updated. I’ll aim for at least once a week (if anyone reads it at all?).
Anyway, I’ll leave you with a shot from the first nice day of the year. A view out my window across Bristol.

Snowcember
So again, a late post. A New Year’s resolution might be in order here. Anyway, during this month I’ve been getting stuck into all sorts of exciting projects in the Aardman Digital office. So much so that I think the Christmas break is much needed! In fact, I don’t think I’ve looked forward to Christmas since I was about 12. After being worn out from moving, cold mornings...

Cheese Gromit!
Okay, so this post is probably about a month overdue but everything has been a bit hectic but now I’ve settled in I feel like I can post something more coherent.
So yeah, I started my new job working for the digital department of Aardman Animations as a “PHP Developer”, and so far it has been nothing short of brilliant! Lovely people, great working environment and I’ve...

Bristol bound
I’ve just had final confirmation today that everything is good to go on my move down to Bristol. So on Saturday me and my parents are heading down in a convoy of cars to move all my rubbish from my bedroom into my newly acquired flat!
I’m guessing it’s going to be a mad dash to sort out all new furniture etc… So lookout IKEA here I come.

Bristolian flat hunt
A few days ago, me and my parents headed down to Bristol in hope of finding a flat for me to live in (the 7th & 8th of Sept’ to be precise). We booked about eight or so viewings between us, some were a bit dire but after rushing around all over town I managed to find a more than decent place in St George’s.
I’ve just sent off my tenancy application along with enough...

It's time to move on
I’ve been an “Adrenaline Junkie” for almost five years now; but it’s got to the point where I give up the high and move on. It’s all come about so suddenly but when this opportunity presented itself, I couldn’t say no.
Today, I handed in my ‘goodbye’ to the team, so I’ve got exactly four weeks before I have to pack up my things and hit the...
